# Polyglots.si — Project Brief

## The idea

A multilingual learning platform designed for people who want to develop more than one language through one coordinated daily routine.

The planned experience connects contextual phrase review, conversational practice with an AI tutor, and short review challenges. Sessions are designed around a 15–25 minute daily format, balanced across active languages.

## Current stage

Functional product specification, design system, and desktop/mobile interface prototypes. The presentation website includes local concept demonstrations.

The full learning platform, AI integration, accounts, subscriptions, voice tools, and operational analytics are still to be implemented and validated. Demonstrations on the website are illustrative and are not a live learner account.

## Initial audience and scope

The specification addresses Brazilian and international learners. The proposed initial focus is Brazilian learners studying English and Spanish, with multilingual onboarding, contextual phrase review, progress tracking, and a text-based tutor prototype.

This audience focus is a go-to-market hypothesis, not an established customer base.

## Planned product pillars

1. Contextual recall: spaced repetition using natural phrases and expressions.
2. Guided conversation: role-play and feedback for real-world situations.
3. Sustainable practice: short daily sessions, games, and consolidated progress.

## Proposed subscription model

All prices below are proposals in Brazilian reais (BRL), taken from the product specification. They are subject to validation and change. No subscriptions are currently sold on the website.

| Plan | Proposed launch pricing | Intended scope |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Free | R$0 | One language, 30 daily reviews, 3 short AI dialogues per week |
| Polyglot Pro | R$39.90/month or R$349/year | Up to 4 languages, unlimited review, unrestricted tutor sessions, pronunciation analysis |
| Family / Squad | R$69.90/month | Up to 5 independent learner profiles |
| Schools / Enterprise | Not defined | Teacher dashboards, cohort metrics, and integrations |

## Phased roadmap

- Phase 1: English and Spanish, basic review, progress and habits, text tutor prototype.
- Phase 2: French, German, Italian, review games, speech and pronunciation tools, real-time audio tutor.
- Phase 3: Japanese, Mandarin, Polyglot Challenge, external automations and APIs, school and enterprise features.

Portuguese is also part of the planned catalog, with no defined rollout phase. Dates have not been announced. Sequencing should follow pilot evidence and implementation capacity.

## Next validation milestones

- Deliver a connected pilot of the core learning loop.
- Evaluate activation, repeated use, review behavior, and conversational confidence.
- Test willingness to pay, free-to-paid conversion, retention, and plan preference.
- Measure AI and voice operating costs before validating sustainable paid tiers.
- Expand languages and customer segments based on observed demand.
